SmartVC Terms and Conditions
These terms outline expected use of the SmartVC dashboard for official district and Village Council administration.
Authorized access
SmartVC is intended for provisioned District Admin and Village Council workflows. Users must access the system only through accounts and credentials assigned to them.
Official records
Correspondence, records, cashbook entries, lifecycle actions, and audit events created through SmartVC are part of official administrative workflows and must be handled accurately.
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, share credentials, upload unsupported files, bypass review steps, or use the platform in a way that compromises auditability or data integrity.
Operational availability
The platform may rely on external services for OTP delivery, storage, and connectivity. Some functions may be unavailable during provider, network, or maintenance interruptions.
